The project features an R.C.C. framed structure based on IS codes and geotechnical parameters, with 150mm external and 115mm internal red clay brick walls.

DOORS

The entrance door is made of lavish teak wood, with internal flush doors featuring decorative laminate and all door frames crafted in granite.

WINDOWS

The windows feature powder-coated aluminum with M.S. grills, complemented by granite window sills for added durability and elegance in every window.

FLOORING

The project features 32"x32" vitrified tiles, designer tiles in bathrooms, anti-skid ceramics in toilets and balconies, and granite/vitrified staircases with concrete pavers in parking.

PLUMBING

The project includes CPVC plumbing, Jaquar/Hindware/Cera fittings, water provision via sump and bore well, automatic water level controllers, and ground floor service bathrooms.

ELECTRIFICATION

The property features concealed copper wiring with circuit breakers from reputed brands, internet and cable points, A.C. points in all rooms, inverter wiring, and backup for lifts, pumps, and common areas.

We use Asian’s weatherproof paint for exteriors and putty base plastic paint for interiors, ensuring durability and a smooth finish. These high-quality paints enhance the aesthetic appeal while offering long-lasting protection.

The kitchen includes a modular aluminum platform with a granite top, stainless steel sink, and ceramic tiles up to the lintel level. It also has electrical points for key appliances and a separate wash area.
